Valerie Ilene English, 73, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born on February 15, 1949, the daughter of Voyle LaVern and Lucille Francis (Pierce) English.

Valerie currently resided in Coldwater but was born and raised in Hastings, MI.

She is survived by her son, Tim (Jani) Hayden; daughter, Kim Easey; sisters, Joy Arnold, Jan DeWitt and special niece, Sherri DeLapp. Valerie was preceded in death by father, Voyle LaVern English, mother, Lucille Francis English, brother, Voyle "Vern"" English, Jr., and special nephew, Thomas English.

Valerie enjoyed playing BINGO, coloring and doing arts and crafts. She loved her family, listening to music, catalog shopping and was an avid clothes collector.

The family would like to sincerely thank Guardian Finance Inc. and especially Shelly Dunmire for her exceptional care she provided to their mother during the last few years.

Visitation will be held at the Baxter Funeral and Cremation Service, on Monday, November 28, 2022 from 1:00 - 2:00 pm with a celebration of life service following at 2:00 pm.
