Obituary for Wesley Hinton

Wesley L Hinton ,76, of Climax, Michigan, passed away on Thursday, November 22, 2018 at Borgess Medical Center. He was born on October 1, 1942, the son of the late Henry Hinton and Julia (Pelton) Hinton. He worked at Clark Equipment and was also a long haul truck driver.

He is survived by two daughters, Kelli (Mike) Phillips of East Leroy; MI, KimberLee (Christopher) Hale of Climax, Mi ; stepson, Russell Blowers (Laura) of Lake Isabella, Mi; two sisters, Lois (Bill) Langs, JoAnne Heath; Brother, Wayne (Mary Ann) Hinton; six grandchildren, Steven Phillips, Brian Phillips, Heather (Jeremy) Culver, Tre'Vahn Hale, Anthony Hale, and Tay'Shaun Hale. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Robert, Floyd, Tom, Harry, Hank, and Vern; sisters, Clara DeGram, Thelma Gilbert, and Flora Takamoto and stepson Randy Blowers.

Wesley loved playing and watching sports and was an avid Michigan Wolverines, Detroit Tigers and Lions fan. He also enjoyed bowling, camping and hanging out with friends. Wesley loved making everyone around him happy.

A celebration of life will be held December 7, 2018 from 3pm until 5 pm at The American Legion Post 465 in Climax, MI. Memorials may be made to: Climax American Legion Women's Auxiliary or SAL.
