Obituary for William Henry Richardson

William Henry Richardson, 79, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Friday, October 2, 2020 at Glenn Arbor Hospice Residence. He was born on January 31, 1941, the son of James K. and Mary (Young) Richardson.
William attended Battle Creek Public Schools, later receiving his GED while serving in the United States Army. After being honorably and proudly discharged from the Army, William went to work at Kellogg Cereal Company up until his retirement, he was a member of the 25 Year Club.
William is survived by his Two Daughters, Niechelle Hunt, Alesia Richardson; Step-Son, Aaron (Clarissa) Smith; Three Grandchildren, Tonesha (Marcelle) Heath, Jared Hunt, Brooklyn Williams; Great-Grandchildren, Marcelle, Malakhi, Makayla, Julianna; Sisters, Alma Horton, Helen Hubbard; Brother, Alvin (Rose) Richardson; Special Friend, Sandra Smith; Step-Grandchildren, Conner and Camden Smith and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his Parents and Eight Siblings, James, Mattie, Mildred, Beverly, Eugene, Bradford, Mary and Franklin.
William enjoyed fishing, reading a good book, crossword puzzles, watching Jeopardy and any old westerns that had John Wayne in them. He especially enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will truly be missed by all those that knew and loved him.
