William "Scott" Edward Wilkey, 87, of Battle Creek, Michigan, died on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Glenn Arbor Hospice Residence surrounded by his family. He was born on November 27, 1935, the son of Roy Cleo Wilkey and Ollie Mattie (Ward) Wilkey.
Scott was a plate maker at St. Regis Paper for 40 years until retiring in 1998. He served in the US Marine Corp. during the Korean Conflict from 1954 to 1957. He was a member of the American Legion Post #298 and Gold Wing Touring Association.
Scott is survived by his Wife of 64 years, Barbara (Cantrell) Wilkey Daughters, Connie Wilkey, Teresa (Hugh) Wood and Colette (Darrick) Wilkey-DeRidder; Sons, Bryan Wilkey and Scott (Sherry) Wilkey and many loved grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and 5 Sisters and 2 Brothers.
Scott enjoyed touring the country on their motorcycle, hunting, fishing, archery, ham radio and loved spending time with his family.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
