Wilma Sue Howard, 78, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Monday, January 2, 2023 at Momentus Health. She was born on February 20, 1944 the daughter of Marilyn Templeton and Mae (Kilburn) Templeton.

Wilma previously attended Calvary Baptist Church in Battle Creek. She was an avid shopper, anything from grocery to garage sales to Goodwill, Wilma was there. Every Sunday Wilma enjoyed playing dice and Skip-Bo with her family and friends. She loved her family especially her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will truly be missed by her family and all those that knew her and loved her.

Wilma is survived by her daughters, Linda (Daniel) Hines, Tina Carter; grandchildren, Josh (Nettie) Howard, Adam Lane, Cindy Lane, Danielle (Jonathan) Groves, Shelby Howard, Britni Carter; siblings, Bonnie, Ed and Don and numerous great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arthur Howard; son, James A. Howard and brother, Arthur.

Visitation will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, 375 West Dickman Road, on Friday, January 6, 2023 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm.

Graveside service will take place at the Hicks Cemetery on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 12:00 pm.
