Edwin (Ed) Allen McKenzie, 83, of Battle Creek, MI, went to be with his late wife Marilyn on Monday, April 10, 2017. He was born on December 25, 1933, the son of Earl McKenzie and Eleanor McKenzie.
Edwin served our country in the United States Army. He was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church and Living Word Church.
Edwin (Ed) is survived by his step-daughter, Deborah Sue (Eugene) Lienau of Salem, MI; two step-sons, Dustin Wade (Lynn) Lienau and David (Rosa) Hendrick; 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and a host of other loving family members. He was preceded in death by his Father, Earl McKenzie, Mother, Eleanor McKenzie and Wife, Marilyn McKenzie.
Ed loved the outdoors. He liked to go camping. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR. He enjoyed helping with the audio/visual system at the Lakeview Baptist Church for as long as he could. Edwin worked at Union Pump and ABC Warehouse.
