Alexis Madison Scott, 19, of Marshall, Michigan, passed away tragically on Tuesday, May 17, 2016. She was born on April 28, 1997, the daughter of William Eugene Scott and Michele Ann Curto.
Alexis graduated from Pennfield High School and was attending Kellogg Community College for early childhood education.
Alexis is survived by her parents; grandparents, Kathy and Joe Curto, Donna and Bob Warner; great-grandparents, Kay Russell, Betty Able; Aunts, Christina (Cody Masters) Curto, Patti (Tracy) Ackley; Boyfriend, Matt Marble and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, and other loving family and friends. Preceded in death by Great Grandma Catherine M. Curto and Great Grandpa Larey B. Cole Sr.
Alexis loved music, batman, and animals, especially cats. She danced many years at Center Stage Sheri Rarick dance studios. She had a passion for kids and she loved to play with her cousins.
Visitation will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, 375 W. Dickman Road, on Monday, May 23, 2016 at 12:00 noon followed by a memorial service at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service on Monday, May 23, 2016, 1:00 pm with Pastor Don Francis of First Baptist Church officiating.
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Southwest Michigan.
