Barbara " Barb Loc" Jean Brown, 59, of Battle Creek, Michigan, went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 30, 2015 at Bronson Battle Creek. She was born on April 26, 1955, the daughter of the late Willie "Bill" Hubbard Sr. and Dora Bell.
Barb attended school in Berrien Springs and Battle Creek.
Barb is survived by her Special Father that raised her: Archie McCray of Berrien Springs, MI; Daughter: Stephonia Brown of Battle Creek, MI; Sons: Antonio Brown and Carnell Brown both of Battle Creek, MI; 20 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren & a host of nieces and nephews; Brothers: Andy (Patricia) Figgures and George Bell both of Battle Creek, MI, Corey Hubbard of Chicago, IL and Walter Hubbard of SC; Sisters: Tassy Bell, Joyce Hubbard, and Iris Shelton all of Battle Creek, MI. She was preceded in death by her Parents; her Brothers: Johnny Figgures and Willie Hubbard Jr.; and Sister: Ruby Joyner.
Barb loved her family unconditional. She enjoyed cooking, dancing, being a mother to others, and being with her family & friends. Her grandchildren were the joy of her life.
