Betty Jane Tierney, 92, of Battle Creek, Michigan went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 4, 2015 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on November 21, 1922, the daughter of Aurthur Stanton and Ethel (McCleain) Stanton.
Betty worked at Bill Knapps restaurant and raised her family. She has been a member of First United Methodist Church since 1953.
betty is survived by her Daughter, Yvonne Mary Case of Battle Creek, MI; Grandchildren, Eugene D. (Kim) Case Jr.; Four Great Grandchildren, Christina (Casey) Cadieux, Lisa Scroggins, Logan Case, Myah Case; four great great grandchildren, Maliyah Scroggins, Alexis Scroggins, Kaylee Scroggins and Pheonix Cadieux. She was preceded in death by her Mother, Ethel Stanton, Father, Aurthur Stanton, son in law, Eugene D. Case, Sr., Granddaughter, Carolann Case.
Betty loved to read and work word search puzzles. She adored her home and her grandchildren.

Interment will take place in the Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens.
