Beverly May Smith, 75, of Battle Creek, Michigan, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 4, 2016 at Laurels of Bedford with her loving husband and brother-in-law present. She was born on May 15, 1941, the daughter of Dewey Seivert and Lorena (Voss) Seivert.
Bev is survived by her Husband of 56 years - Jack Millard Smith of Battle Creek, Michigan; two nieces, Laurena Kenworthy of Marshall, Janice (Vern) Brave of Burlington; brother, Dennis (Linda) Seivert of Battle Creek; . She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Alverna Head, brother, George Seivert, sister, Betty Carpenter, Phyllis Neubert, Arlene Seivert, Wilma Sievert.
Beverly was a very loving wife. She really enjoyed family gatherings at the holidays at both parents' house where she made her specialty greens and especially her home made fudge. With her 45 years of involvement in the business, some of her favorite past times were traveling on mini-vacations seeing family members..
