Carl Edgar Williams, 76, of Battle Creek, Michigan, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 10, 2015 at Bronson at Home Hospice Residence. He was born on November 27, 1938, the son of Felix Williams and Eltina (Cushinberry) Williams.
Carl is survived by his Wife of 12 years: Chanie Mae (Beasley) Williams of Battle Creek, MI; Step Daughter: Cecelia Magee of Kalamazoo, MI; Step Sons: Kenneth (Jeanine) Magee of Battle Creek, MI and Kevin (Corretta) Magee of Montgomery, AL; Step Grandchildren: Kenneth, Kamille, Kevin & Keshawn; Sisters: Paulette Bronner of Detroit, MI and Shirley Freeman of Detroit, MI; Brother-in-Law: John Withers of Detroit, MI. He was preceded in death by his Parents; his Sisters: Delores Williams, Labrenda Johnston and Gwendolyn Wells; Brothers: Luther Williams, Leonard Williams and Ronald Williams.
Carl was a loving husband and enjoyed fishing. He was a member of the Bethlehem Temple of Springfield where he served as a trustee.
Visitation will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, 375 W. Dickman Road, on Saturday April 18, 2015 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
