Carolyn Jean (Barton) Hoyt, 55, of Battle Creek, MI, died, Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo Michigan. She was born March 1, 1956 the daughter of Vernon Barton and Virginia (Arborgast) Barton.
She is a 1975 graduate of Battle Creek Central High School.
Carolyn is survived by her Husband of 30 Years: Bill Hoyt of Battle Creek, MI; Sons: Michael (Teri) Hoyt of Bellevue, MI and Matt Hoyt of Battle Creek, MI; Daughter: Stacy Hoyt of Battle Creek, MI; Grandchildren: Sabrina Shrubb, Natalie Hoyt and Zachary Hoyt.
She is preceded in death by her Parents; Brother: Eddie Barton. She enjoyed arts & crafts and plastic canvas. She was avid U of M football fan.
She loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, 375 W. Dickman Road Battle Creek on Friday, April 8, 2011 at 10:00 AM. Interment will be at Ft. Custer National Cemetery, Augusta, MI. Memorial tributes may be made to the The Family of Carolyn Hoyt.
