Mza

I can't say that I knew Blitz very well; what I can say is that every time I ever met him was an absolute pleasure. Playing the type of music that he played(and that I play) can be a rough game, but he was always very outwardly appreciative, friendly, and genuinely interested in what my particular offerings were. I got the honor to sit in on drums for one of his bands' gigs, and even though I hadn't played drums in many years, and hadn't had a chance to rehearse their set list (and therefore, pretty much played like crap), he raved on and on about how great a performance put on as a group. He was a real class act, a real nice guy, and a living testament to rock'n'roll. The world won't soon see another one quite like him.
