Charles (Chuck) H. Morgan, Sr. age 66, went home to be with our Lord, Tuesday, October 25, 2011 in Battle Creek, Michigan. Charles (Chuck) was born in Dayton, Tennessee on February 28, 1945. He was the son of Clyde Chadwick and Elizabeth Morgan. His parents and granddaughter Alexis Morgan preceded him in death.

Surviving are wife Linda L. (Gaskill) Morgan of Battle Creek, sons Charles H. (Karrie) Morgan, Jr. of Battle Creek; Jack J. Morgan of Battle Creek; Robert W. Morgan of Battle Creek; 3 granddaughters and 4 grandsons; step children, Teresa J. (Barry) Smith of Battle Creek; Tina A.(Dale) Rollenhagen of Battle Creek, Ernest D. (Annette) Morgan, Jr. of Battle Creek, Franklin J. (Susan) Morgan of Battle Creek, ten step grandchildren and a great grandson. Sister Sue Chadwick of Battle Creek. 2 Nephews BillyThurman, Richard Thurman (Kristie) of Battle Creek.

Charles (Chuck) was employed at US Lumber for 28 years. He was known by family and friends as “Chuck”. He loved the outdoors, fishing and NASCAR.

Family will receive friends Wednesday October 26, 2011 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be held at Baxter Funeral Service on Thursday October 27, 2011 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Sue Morgan officiating. Interment will follow at Ft. Custer National Cemetery.
