Dorothy Lillian Hughes, 86, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Monday, March 17, 2014 at her home. She was born on April 26, 1927, the daughter of Charles and Dorothy Francis (Wallace) Paulen.
Dorothy is survived by Daughters: Dorene Hughes, Linda (David) DePoy and Marijane (Daniel) NelsonI; Sons: Geoffery (Paula) Hughes and Dale (Debby) Hughes; 17 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Parents; Daughter: Penny Hughes; Sister: Nancy Paradise and Brother: Charles Paulen.
Dorothy enjoyed working in her yard and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
A private family service will be held.
