Eric Erodney Taylor Jr.
Eric Erodney Taylor Jr., 27, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2017. he was born on March 6, 1990, the son of Eric Erodney Taylor and Anna Belle Fochtman.
Eric started his early years out in the Battle Creek Public School System, where he created many life long relationships. He attended Homer Community Schools for a short time, where he met his wife during the 9th grade. He participated in the Young Marines program as a child and was very proud of all the knowledge he had gain through his experience in the program. He was a hard working man at a young age, providing for his family. After years of dedication to his love of music, he worked his way to executive president of T.O.W Music Group. Then moving on to start his own label, along side his brother Daniel, they created Murder Sene Music. With a promise to make it a successful. It wasn't just the music he wanted to share, he wanted to help mentor any young person who's dreams were as big as his.
Eric is survived by his wife of 12 years Samantha (Back) Taylor, as well as his five children; Adrianna Taylor, Camarieanna Taylor, Kamari Anthony Taylor, Marah Evans and Amyra Taylor. His mother Anna Fochtman, sister Erica Taylor and Brother Daniel Fochtman. He is also survived by four nieces; Essence Taylor, Ka'Leah Taylor, Destiny Meeks and Serenity Fochtman. And two nephews; Charles Collins and Anthony Taylor.
Eric enjoyed spending time with family and friends. From sledding in the winter to dirt bike riding in the summer, he loved to do it all. He enjoyed sitting back and watching the newest movies from action packed to comedies or a good documentary. He enjoyed gaming out on the xbox for hours with long time best friend/ brother Sean Brawner. His strong drive and vision to be great, enhanced his music career sending him to the stars and back. From attending and performing at the 2014 West Coast Hip Hop Awards in CA to meeting with and talking to Magic Don Won. " If you never dream big you'll never know how far you can go. The sky is the limit." He loved the power of words and used them to create messages within all his songs.
