Franklin Miles Bryan, age 69, lost his 8 month battle with Cancer. He was born March 20, 1945 to Franklin Bryan and Margaret Bryan of Fort Wayne, Indiana and left us Tuesday, November 4th to the tunes of The Glenn Miller Band, his favorite. He leaves behind his wife of 33 years, Terry Bryan, two sons David Russell (34) and Franklin Irving (32) as well as two loving daughters in laws, Sarah and Melissa Bryan.
Frank retired form Emmett Township as a public safety officer of 19 years and BCHS (Bronson Battle Creek) as a security guard of 16 years. Retirement soon became a bore, so he worked part time as security for R & L Trucking.
Frank served two tours in Vietnam in the Navy from 1964-1967 as a Bosun’s Mate aboard the U.S.S Okinawa. He loved old cars, cruising on cruises, photography, chasing tornados in his younger years and hot air balloons for as long as anyone can remember. He loved being the stage manager for productions with the Bellevue Village Players as well as being on stage in the green tight clad role as Evil Eye Fleagle in “Lil Abner”.
He will be missed by all who knew him and remembered for his love of friends and family.

Visitation will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, 375 W. Dickman Rd, on Saturday November 8, 2014 from 12 Noon to 3 pm.
