Glenn Lee  Waidelich Jr.
Glenn Lee Waidelich Jr., 67, of Tekonsha, Michigan, passed away surrounded by his family on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at the Lifespan Good Samaritan Hospice Residence. He was born on December 4, 1946, the son of Glenn Lee Waidelich and Leona Bertha (Cavitch) Waidelich.
Glenn was a 1964 graduate of Marshall High School. He was employed at Eaton Foundry, Ronan & Kunzel Inc. of Marshall and retired in 2012 from Marshall Excelsior.
Glenn is survived by his Wife of 19 years: Rebecca Kay (Colvin) Waidelich of Tekonsha, MI; Sons: Timothy (Kelly) Waidelich of Burlington Township, MI, Steven (Estela) Hastings of South Korea and Cory Hastings of Battle Creek, MI; Daughters: Tracy Waidelich of Marion, MI and Nicole Hastings of Marshall, MI; 6 Grandchildren; Brothers: Fred (Edeltraud) Waidelich of Marshall, MI and John (Stacey) Waidelich of Marshall, MI; Sisters: Jacqueline Houston of Marshall, MI, Sue Ann (Joe) Tucker of Marshall, MI and Debra (Guy) Burrows of Marshall, MI and Several Brother-in-Laws & Sister-in-Laws. He was preceded in death by his Parents; his Brother & Sister-in-Law: Mark & Lori Waidelich; Sister: Shirley Blanchard and Brother-in-Law: Steve Tucker.
Glenn enjoyed cutting wood, traveling, trips to Las Vegas, going to auctions and casinos with the late Steve Tucker. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.
According to Glenn's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at the Zion Lutheran Church, 135 W. Green Street, Marshall, MI on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at 11 AM.
