Gloria Elena Case, 76, of Battle Creek, Michigan, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Bronson at Home Hospice Residence. She was born on July 20, 1938, the daughter of Modesto Yepez and Margaret (Gonzalez) Yepez.
Gloria attended Battle Creek Central High School. She began her family with her husband before working at Evergreen Manor for over 20 years where she cared for people.
Gloria is survived by her Husband of 57 years - Jerry Glen Case of Battle Creek, Michigan; Four Sons, Gary Case, David Case, Darryl (Kathy) Case, and Michael Case; Four Daughters, Patricia Eakins, Aurora Case, Lisa Lambert, and Pauline (Jason) Freds; 19 Grandchildren and 11 Great-Grandchildren; Three Sisters, Aurora Wallace, Rose Miles, and Ellie Yepez. She was preceded in death by her Parents and her Grandson, Ryan Case.
Gloria loved to do crossword puzzles and read. She enjoyed bowling, renaissance fairs, and shopping. She loved her family and could always find a reason to get everyone together for a cookout or gathering.
A visitation will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, 375 W. Dickman Road, on Thursday February 5, 2015 from 6-8pm.
A Memorial service will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, 375 W. Dickman Road, on Friday February 6, 2015 at 1pm, with Rev. Travis Davis of Family Altar Chapel officiating.
Interment will take place in Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens.
