As a fellow County employee, I will always remember how positive and kind Jack was. Whenever I would call him and exchange the usual "how are you?", he would always answer "wonderful". Even during a rough day at work and during his illness, you knew that he meant it. He was truly a gem and I am blessed to have known him. My condolences to his family.
