To some you were a brother, a friend, a husband, to me you were the best dad in the world! I remember when I was young and we would be coming home from the lake late, Mom would already have me in my jammies, ready for bed. I would lay my head on mom's lap and my feet on yours. When I was real little,my feet would barely reach your legs, but as I got older they would lay all the way across your lap. As we got closer to home, I would fake asleep so when we got home you would carry me up to bed. On the way up the stairs you would softly whisper to me "We're home little Lindy and I'm taking you to bed. Sleep good little sweetheart and God bless you. Miss you daddy and love you always! Linda
