Jeanette Margaret Squires, age 59, of Battle Creek passed away unexpectedly Friday, November 4, 2011 at her residence. Jeanette and Douglas Squires married December 7, 1974. Although their marriage ended in divorce, he remained the love of her life.

She was a stay at home mom who loved her dogs and spent her spare time at home snuggling with them. When she wasn't at home she enjoyed visits to South Haven.

Left to cherish her memory, are her daughters, Jackie (Charles) Perry, Angela (Al) Shifflett, Malynda (Christopher) Lopshire; eight beautiful grandchildren; and two brothers. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Margaret Beaudin and brother Richard Morse.

Family will receive friends Thursday November 10, 2011 from 6-8PM at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service. Funeral Services will take place at 11AM November 11, 2011 at the funeral home with Pastor Jim Sparks officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
