Jerald L. Stone, age 74, of Marshall passed away Saturday, July 6, 2013 at Borgess Hospital. He was born March 29, 1939, in Lansing, MI. He served in the Air National Guard, was a District Manager for Shoe Corporation of America, and was the Regional Vice President of Midland National Life Insurance Company.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and just being in the outdoors. His hobbies included collecting antiques, and he had a special fondness for University of Michigan football and Tiger baseball. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Lesta Stone. He is survived by his wife, Leslie; children, Mark Stone, Patrick (Joy) Stone, both of Battle Creek, Todd Stone of Indiana, Kim (Terry) Stone, Nicole Stone, both of Marshall, MI, Charles Stone of North Dakota and Scott Stone of California; 13 grandchildren; sisters, Phyllis (Lyal) Ling of Indiana, Nancy (Gary) Everling and Mary Sue (Phill) Avery, both of Battle Creek.
