Kelly Kathleen Rouch (Bubby), 55, of Battle Creek, Michigan passes away in her sleep on Friday, February 24th, 2017 at home. Kelly was born December 19th, 1961, the daughter of Gilbert Schilling and Meroe (Wood) Elsworth. Kelly is survived by her three sons, Jack (Felicia) Sidney, Tyler Rouch, and Nicholas Rouch; Two brothers, Todd Schilling and Randy Elsworth; Best friend and partner Nick Rouch; Mother Meroe and Step Father Robert Elsworth; Two granddaughters, Madison and Ava and two grandsons, Carter and Jack the 6th. She was proceeded in death by her father, Gilbert Schilling.
Kelly enjoyed going home to California, where she was born and raised before moving to Michigan and raising her family with Nick. Kelly raised her three sons whom she was extremely proud of and later enjoyed spending all of her time with her grandchildren whom she loved with all of her heart. Kelly was the rock of the family, she enjoyed attending her children's school events and later her grandchildren's. Kelly enjoyed arts and crafts, shopping and cooking, using recipes she had learned from her mother and grandmother. Above all Kelly loved her family, especially her grandchildren. There was not a day that would go by that she would not talk about her grandchildren, she was their Bubby and made sure everyone know how proud she was of them. Kelly was a free spirit who brought joy to everyone she met, she has a small group of friends and was a fiercely loyal person to the people she established a bond with. Kelly will go on in spirit and through her family, she will be loved always and forever. There will never be another mother, daughter, partner, friend or Bubby like Kelly.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date per the families request.
