Kerry Lynn Crippen 49, went to rest on Tuesday, September 20, 2011. She was born on April 12, 1962, the daughter of William Eugene Crippen and Marlene K. Crippen (Sanford).
She graduated from Battle Creek Central in 1980. She was employed with McDonalds for 3 years. Kerry then went to work for Meijer’s gas station as a cashier for 7 ½ years. Then finally working with II Stanley for 9 ½ years as a machinist and later a team leader.
She was very creative individually, arts and crafts and carpentry. Kerry enjoyed bowling for many years. She played softball and was a great pitcher. She was also a master gardener. She loved creation and was an animal lover, especially her faithful loving dogs, Sparky and Caty.
Kerry was her mother’s caretaker when her mother was in chemotherapy, never leaving her side. Kerry’s health started failing at that point. With God’s held she courageously went through many complications with diabetes, but she had a strong faith and will.
