Loretta J. Frazier, 69, of Battle Creek, MI, died, Sunday, Sept. 18, 2011 at the Lifespan Good Samaritan Hospice Residence. Visitation will be held at The Potter's House Church, 226 Capital Ave. NE, today after 10 AM with a funeral service beginning at 11 AM. Interment will be at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
