Louis Wade, 86 of Battle Creek departed this life on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at Bronson Battle Creek Health System. She was born March 22, 1926, in Cosesco, MS. Louise was preceded in death by her parents, John and Leona Hall.
In 1947, she married Jimmy Wade and in 1951 they moved to Battle Creek, where he preceded her in death. Louise was also preceded in death by her sisters, Warrden, Mouidie and Trussie; as well as, her brothers, Archie, R.B., Willie,Oscur and Curtis. She had two daughters, Elizabeth and Joann, and grandsons, William and Fredrick who all proceeded her in death.
Louise was employed by Airwood Nursing Home. She was a loving mother, grandmother and best friend. She knew how to put a smile on anyone’s face. Louise was a “Mother” fugure to many, always giving good advice when needed. She would open her heart up to anyone and would always make time to be there for those who needed her. Her most well-known advice: Trust in God and have faith because He will work it out. Louise loved listening to church music and cooking for family and friends. She also enjoyed bingo.
Louise leaves behind the following loved ones to cherish her memory: Children, Sons, Julius Treadwell of Minnesota and John Wade Battle Creek; daughters, Mary Ann Palmer, Juanita Wade, Virginia Baker all of Battle Creek and Dorann Palmer of Kalamazoo; as well as a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
