Maynard L. Van Nocker “Big Dutch”, age 81, passed away Saturday, December 15, 2012. He was born May 17, 1931 to Claude Van Nocker, Sr. and Effie Van Nocker (Brunt) in Girrard, MI. He attended Bedford School. Maynard was employed with Roelof Dairy & Clark Equipment where he retired after 30 years. He enjoyed CB radio, fishing, Tiger’s Baseball and was also a Golden Gloves Member.

He is survived by his loving wife, Arlene Van Nocker (Larson) of 56 years; daughter, Debbra Bossier of LaPlace, LA; brother, Claude Van Nocker, Jr. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Horace, Garold, Harold, Gene; sisters: Lucille, Louella, Lila, Ila, Clara Belle, Nora Belle and Ilene.
