I will never forget Mic as a young boy with a huge shy smile. My son Matt and Mic were best of friends from ages 5-8 years old. A very special memory for me was one year when Kathy and I were making Easter Chocolates, and the kids were playing outside at the Farchone's house. Matt and Mic was on a double chair swing and were in a deep discusion. They were 5 years old and they looked so grown up. Kathy and I just had to smile to be able to witness this special friendship. As the kids grew older they grew apart but I know this special friendship would never be forgotten. I for one will never forget the special friendship Kathy and I had and I still feel even though we don't get together like we used too. The smile on both the boys faces after they came in from swimming or playing outside will always be in my mind and heart. Mic was quiet but with Matt they would talk and talk. He was just growing into a nice young man and my heart bleeds with the thought that I will not see his smiling face again. God bless him and I hope he will smile down on me from heaven.
