Michael E. Sheehy, passed away Monday, September 24, 2012. He was born on June 8, 1954 to Terrence Sheehy and Phylis (Cooper) Sheehy in Petoskey, MI. Michael was an avid NASCAR, baseball and football fan.

He is survived by wife, Deborah Sheehy; daughter, Mallory (Lance) McCreary; son, Robert Sheehy; step-children, Herbert Blain, Richie Blain, Mistie Blain; mother, Phylis Sheehy; grandchildren, Logan McCreary, Haidyn McCreary, Benton McCreary, Lexi Blain; brothers, Terry and Rick Sheehy. He was preceded in death by his father and brother Pat Sheehy.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service from 4PM-7PM. Funeral services will take place Friday, September 28, 2012 at 1:30PM at the funeral home with Pastor Ralph Cates officiating. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
