Condolences

Condolence From: Dennis Molica
Condolence: My sympathies and condolences to Julie, Brady, Jill and the family. I will hold dear the times we spent as children with all the cousins at the Smith family home in Dowagiac. Riley and myself shared a fun and sometimes mischievous time with our cousins, especially the girls. I enjoyed spending time with Riley, Jill and Wayne and Gladys at their summer home on Diamond Lake. I last saw Riley at my Uncle Wayne's funeral and his passing saddens me deeply.

Condolence: So sorry to get home and hear of Riley's passing. He was a good man and I will miss him. I was a kid in his neighborhood (lived behind the Smith's on Orleans). I knew Riley, his sister and his Dad, Always good to see Riley or Mr. Smith. My sincere condolences to his survivors and family.

Regards,

Mike

Condolence: So many memories of times we shared being cousins. Thanksgivings, Christmas & family reunions. You were always grandma's favorite. We shared a love of all things old & one of my favorite memories was being at an auction with you & Uncle Wayne in Eau Claire. You bought me a hot dog. I will miss our phone conversations & especially your dry sense of humor. Leave it to you to be the first to leave - our family tree will never be the same.

Condolence: It is an honor to have known Riley, one of my most trusted of friends who also had a great sense of humor. His passion for fishing lures and their history was heartfelt and sometimes is only best understood by fellow collectors. I will miss Riley. My sincere condolences to his family and friends. I know "all" will miss him and were blessed by knowing him.

Condolence: Julie and family,
I am so sorry for the loss of Riley. I just found out from a Dowagiac cousin. I saw Riley several years ago when my sister, father and I came to Battle Creek to see Smitty, Riley's dad. We got to visit with Riley also and it was so nice. I had been trying to make it to Battle Creek to see Riley for the past couple of years; I should have tried harder. My brother sent me a long, detailed memory of skiing for the first time with Riley's family at Diamond Lake many decades ago. Memories stay with you and I'm sure you have many of Riley. Take care. Cousin Linda
