Ruth Helena (Hathaway) Murray, 91, of Battle Creek, MI, died, Friday, April 29, 2011 at her home. She was born July 13, 1919 the daughter of Richard and Grace (Olner) Hathaway.
Ruth is survived by Daughter: Lynne Converse of Battle Creek, MI; Sons: Wayne Murray of Leesburg, VG and Dale Murray of Battle Creek, MI; 8 Grandchildren: David Converse, Amy (Frank) Connolly, Holly (Jon) Newman, Laurie (Scott) Green, Sarah Converse, Melanie Zemko, Nicole Murray and Kelly Browning; 13 Great Grandchildren; Sister: Pearl Pattison of Kalamazoo, MI and Brothers: Carl Hathaway of Hastings, MI and Harold Hathaway of Battle Creek, MI.
She is preceded in death by her Parents; her Husband: Paul W. Murray; Grandson: Steven Murray; and Brother: Lyle Hathaway.
Ruth enjoyed sewing, cross word puzzles, reading. Her and her husband owned a Christmas tree farm in Battle Creek for many years. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
