Stephan Delane Cotton II, 21, of Battle Creek, MI, died, Friday, November 11, 2011 in Battle Creek Michigan. He was born September 22, 1990 the son of Stephan Delane Cotton and Betty Lynn Williams.

Stephan is survived by his Mother: Candy “Betty” Williams of Battle Creek, MI; Father: Stephan (Janice) Cotton of Stone Mountain, GA; Brothers: Jason Hodges of Battle Creek, MI, Tervon Cotton of Wisconsin, Andrew Kutchess of Wisconsin, Phillip Williams of Battle Creek, MI, Gregory Williams of Battle Creek, MI, Mychael Payton of Georgia; Sisters: Brianna Cotton of Georgia, Destinee Cotton of Kalamazoo, MI, Chanelle Williams of Battle Creek, Labresha Hodges of Tennessee Lanesha Hodges of Tennessee and Teaairea Lewis of Georgia; Grandparents: Eller Cotton and Roosevelt Jerret of Battle Creek, MI a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by Step-Father: Randy Williams; Brother: Jarmel Hodges and Randy Williams; Grandparents: Betty King, Ernest King.

Stephan played football in high school and enjoyed time with his nieces and nephews. He attended Battle Creek Schools, Clayton County Schools in Georgia and was a member of the Unity Missionary Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held at Emmanuel Covenant Church International, 585 Hubbard Road, on Saturday, November 19, 2011 from 10 AM to 11 AM. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM. Interment will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery, Battle Creek, MI. Memorial tributes may be directed to the Charity of one's choice.
