Stephen John Moore Sr., 62, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2015 at Bronson at Home Hospice Residence. He was born on April 30, 1953, the son of Stewart Bernard Moore and Caroline (Heitzmann) Moore.
Stephen graduated from Harper Creek High School. He met the love of his life at Midway Roller Rink in 1969. He served in the U.S. Army from 1972 to 1975 where he did field communications-electronics in Germany.
Stephen is survived by his Wife of 45 years - Sharon Ann (Hensley) Moore; Daughter, Tina Moore; two Sons, Stephen (Corina) Moore II and Brian (Heather) Moore; Grandchildren, Drew, Grant, Haleigh and Sebastian; Brother, David Moore; Step-Brother, Dan Stremler. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Step-Brother, David Stremler and Brother, Roger Nichols.
Stephen had a magnificent sense of humor. He loved the great outdoors, specifically bow hunting and building & customizing bikes. He enjoyed tinkering, fishing, "The Campsite", photography, and organic gardening. He loved and adored spending time with his family and grandchildren.
