Dear Franklin Family, Steve was a competent and dutiful officer of this detachment, volunteering his time and skills for the benefit of the Marine Corps League and our community. Not only that, he was just an all-around good dude. He often helped himself by helping others. He is remembered fondly. We stand one less good Marine this day. Semper Fi, Steve.
