Terry Wayne May 70, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Monday, September 15, 2014 at home. He was born on September 20, 1943 the son of Loyd May and Minnie (Burkhart) May.
Terry is survived by his wife of 52 years - Peggy Louise (Hawn) May of Battle Creek, Michigan; daughter, Terry Lynn May of Grand Rapids; granddaughter, Jessica Anne Jackson; three sisters, Edith (James) May, Dolly (Ted) Shinskui, and Eva Sharpe of Rome, GA; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, mother, and sister Imojean Cooley.
Terry began working in 1966 at Union Pump Company and he retired in 2000.
Terry enjoyed watching NASCAR, stock car racing, golf and softball. He also enjoyed spending time with his family.
A graveside service will be held at Hicks Cemetery on Friday September 19th at 1:00p.m. with Pastor Will Dulworth of the First Church of the Nazarene officiating.
