Wilma "Billie" Jean (Rhines) Kerwin, 94, of Delton, Michigan, passed away following a lengthy illness on Thursday, September 28, 2017. She was born on December 2, 1922, the daughter of Philip and Ethel (Blackmer) Rhines.
She was a graduate of Jackson High School and was a devoted homemaker for her entire life.
Billie is survived by her Sons, David Rex (Kay) Kerwin of Delton, MI and James M. (Grace) Kerwin of Schoolcraft, MI; Grandsons, Chad (Diana) Kerwin, Zachary (Rosa) Kerwin, Jacob (Courtney) Kerwin and Andrew Kerwin; Granddaughter, Shannon Kerwin; 7 Great Grandchildren and Sister, Roberta Rose. She was preceded in death by her Parents, her Husband, Rex E. Kerwin, Grandson, Caleb Kerwin, Sisters, Frances Miller and Nancy Lincoln.
Billie enjoyed sewing, crafts, baking and had a loving, servant heart. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a member of the Sandstone Congregational Church, Jackson, MI where she served on the Dorcas Society.
