Gary "Wiz" Eugene Roberts, 66, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at home. He was born on October 6, 1948, the son of Gail E. Roberts and Jacqueline Joy (Rouse) Roberts.
Gary graduated from Lakeview high school in 1966. He lived in Lake Tahoe, Nevada after high school and returned to Battle Creek to work for the family business, "Dugan's."
Wiz is survived by his Sister, Gail Roberts-Martuge; Three Nieces, Maria Martuge, Gina Martuge, Jenny Martuge and Nephew, Anthony Martuge; four Great Nieces and two Great Nephews. He was preceded in death by his Parents.
Gary liked to watch sports. He enjoyed playing baseball and golf. He loved to spend time with his close friends.
Visitation will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, 375 W. Dickman Road, on Wednesday, April 29th from 4 pm to 8 pm.
A memorial service will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 1 pm with Pastor Steve Olmstead officiating.
Memorial tributes may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
