Phillip L. Hess, age 49, passed away unexpectedly, Monday, April 15, 2013. Phillip touched the lives of everyone he came in contact with. Whether he was helping them with their cars or working on his bike or his latest project. He loved having fun and making people laugh he was the life of the party. Phillip will be remembered most of all for all the love he gave, he had a heart of gold. He loved his kids and his family. His friends he also kept near and dear to his heart and they all felt the same. His family and friends have all been blessed to have had him in their lives. His memories will be cherished by all.

He is survived by his sons, David Lee Hess, Johnathon Phillip Hess, Eusebio Mendez, Jr.; daughters, Melissa Ann Mendez, Ashley Leigh Hess; grandchildren, Carlos Suarez, Nicolas Gamez and Alexandria Mann.
