Always Helping Others
When I first met Phil, he was so friendly that I felt like we already knew each other. I had been very disappointed in the last Muffler Man owner and thought I would never go back. When I found out he was the new owner, I decided to give him my business and I was very glad I did. As a single mom, money is always pretty tight for me, and he was always very honest and helpful, trying to save me money in the long run. The last time I took my car to him, I needed a brake job and had a broken caliper. He told me he saved my butt by working really hard to fix it, rather than make me replace it and spend more money. Everything he did for me was really appreciated. The world needs more people like Phil in it - I'm going to miss him. In the short amount of time he was in our town of Portland, he made a lot of friends and was liked by everyone. I'm so sad and shocked that he is gone.
